Which of these rights do you think is special?

  • The right to get and keep a job based on merit.

  • The right to have housing.

  • The right to be served in a restaurant or stay in a hotel.

  • The right to raise children without the state seizing them.

  • The right to walk down the street and not be attacked.

  • The right to shop in the store of your choice.

  • The right to associate with the friends of your choice.

  • The right to attend the church of your choice.

  • The right to privacy in your own home.

Civil rights laws that include homosexuals do not force or withdraw rights from others.

Civil rights laws that include homosexuals do not force others to live against their religious beliefs. Religious institutions are usually exempt from civil rights ordinances.

If the majority can legally discriminate against one group -- it can discriminate against others.

Current Idaho law does NOT include protection from discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation.
